Appellant, Roger Conner, appeals as of right from the Washington County Criminal Courts revocation of his probation. Appellant contends that (a) the trial court did not have the authority to revoke probation prior to its actual commencement and that (b) the trial court erred in imposing the full sentence of eleven months and twenty-nine days upon revocation. We find no error in the trial courts revocation of probation or imposition of sentence.
