Ruble Ralph Thomas, Jr., was convicted of possession of cocaine in excess of 30 grams with the intent to sell and deliver and sentenced as a Range I offender to a term of 25 years. Debra Lentz was convicted of possession of cocaine with intent to sell and deliver and, as a Range I offender, was sentenced to a term of seven years.
